We stopped here to get our bearings as only visiting Trieste for the day. Enjoyed 4 different crafty beers and had crisps and pizza gratis! Was a nice central place to figure out our next stop and not expensive - about €17. Staff friendly and outside seating. Was well supported by locals too

The place serves lunch, delicious pasta and really good coffee. Very polite and helpful workers. Fatjon in particular (one of the waiters) is very gentile and spoked language other than Italian. Quiet place Nicest bar in the area. Highly recommended.

Stopped for an Aperol at 12 o/c & got great crisps, sandwiches & pizza bites. At €4.50 each probably the cheapest we've ever had. Trieste is lovely & this bar is a great stop off, also looked fully booked outside for lunch on Monday afternoon, so they are obviously doing something right with the food...
