We ordered only 4 drinks and one pizza for 4 and decided just to have a snack and eat later on somewhere else, but then watched the waiter slandering us in Italian to the rest of the staff as if we did not understand a word. The waitress doesn't know how to serve, she put all the drinks at the end of the table. At the end the waiter asked for 5 coperto claiming that this is how it works in Italy. I said 1 meal 1 coperto and not 5 and as you can see there are 4 knifes and forks on the table so how come 5. Of course we argued and he wanted to call the manager, so we asked him to do so. The manager did not want to come...not surprisingly, he would have to be ashamed. Disappointment. The service indeed ruins everything, apart from that the food and drinks...
Read moreEverything we ordered came in the worst version of the meal, my fresh orange juice was 50% of the seeds and 20% of ice in my glass with barely any juice, then the pizzas are...depending on what you order, but Calzone is literaly 90% dough and the pizza with shrimp, Gambaretti rucola had 3 shrimps and each smaller than a CENTIMETER...it was literaly just pizza with cheese, dough and the greens to cover the lack of shrimps, which was suppost to be the main ingridient of the pizza..and the pizza was burnt all black from the bottom, the bitterness from coal, they are cheapskates on anything you order. And theres always line for the bathroom, atleast 4 people waiting outside of it, because they only have 1 small bathroom.. And we ordered sparkling water but never got it.. If you're coming here...
