This place offers a great variety of regional dishes of Piedmont, with a wide choice of wines and also zero kilometre dishes. We have tried the antipasti - traditional beef tartar was excellent, as well as vitello tonnato and an anchovy. And the cheese with hazelnuts and honey! And the pumpkin omelette with blue cheese… What an exquisiteness! Ravioli had a great flavour and taste, as well the polenta with sausage. The wine pairing was perfect. Sono stato qui per festeggiare la mia laurea con alcuni amici. Il posto non è grandissimo, ma secondo me è un bene. In questo modo il servizio migliora notevolmente e ci si sente davvero coccolati.

Con il proprietario avevamo concordato un menù che ci ha stupito ad ogni portata. Antipasto di una qualità davvero eccezionale, una battuta ottima, vitello tonnato formidabile e un flan di zucchine con una fonduta che bilanciava i sapori davvero bene. Buoni anche i ravioli del plin, e con piatti come questi è sempre davvero difficile trasmettere la qualità della materia prima e il sapore tradizionale, ma lo chef c'è riuscito in modo impeccabile. Il ganascino mi ha lasciato senza parole. La qualità della carne, la cottura, il tortino di carote in accompagnamento, la salsa. Non c'era niente fuori posto e il tutto esplodeva in bocca. Davvero, uno dei piatti più buoni che abbia mai mangiato. Anche il bonet in chiusura era davvero buono, il tutto accompagnato da un'interessante carta di vini molto varia e piena di ottime proposte.
