She helped us with translation of the Italian menu, and recommended some dishes that were local specialty. The dinner’s highlight was a beef tartare (as a stater) served with Gorgonzola ice cream (!). Believe it or not, it was delicious and one of its kind. Read moreExcellent trattoria, and very “classic”. Food & wine menu are written by hand, always a good sign. Go with local dishes, ask the waiting staff for a wine pairing, and again, go local. You can’t miss. We explained broadly what we don’t like, and we were recommended a lovely bottle of Nebbiolo, nothing crazy @ €20 but just perfect for our spontaneous meal.
