Unfortunately there is no heating in the restaurant (at least not today), I have been dining with my winter coat on & so have several other guests. We waited 10-15min for our water, one hour for cold platano chips & some empanadas for starters. The noise combo of salsa music from the speaker and the kids watching youtube on the table next to us, was unbearable (to be fair; the parents should have done their part..) the main was unfortunately not to our taste. No offense & we might have chosen a bad night, but we don‘t understand where the 4.8 rating that brought us here, could possibly have derived from. The waiter was very friendly but just...
