Libery Pizza & cucina , Artigianal Beer — Restaurant in Turin

After a strong recommendation, a friend and I turned up here on a Friday night without a booking. The queue was going out of the door and the restaurant was packed. Whilst there were no table available for several hours, the greeter went out of her way to find somewhere for me and my friend to sit and we were treated to a kitchen view table.

Everything about Libery from the friendliness and hospitality of the staff to the phenomenal food is fantastic. The restaurant also seems to be a sort of micro-brewery and they local beers and soft drinks all of which were worth a try.

Despite how busy they were, we were not rushed and they even went out of their way to book a taxi for us when a rain shower started, so we got home safely. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives in Turin or anyone travelling there. I will definitely be...

Estate 2022, in cerca di una pizzeria di qualità a Torino, mi affido alla classifica Gambero Rosso che annovera tra le pizzerie categoria “Tre Spicchi” ( quindi parliamo della categoria migliore ) questa pizzeria poco fuori dal centro di Milano. Beh che dire, quando vado in una pizzeria classificata dal Gambero Rosso mi creo delle aspettative sulla qualità, è qui purtroppo sono state disattese. Ancora oggi mi chiedo come abbiano fatto a raggiungere questo premio qualità del Gambero Rosso. ( in verità solo questa esperienza non mi affido più a giudizio del gambero rosso, poiché credo che anche qui esistano le raccomandazioni e non ci sia imparzialità, quindi nelle pizzerie meglio andare ad assaggiare di persona). Veniamo alla pizza: Chiedo gentilmente alla cameriera se possibile mettere la mozzarella di bufala sulla pizza in modo da cuocerla unitamente alla pizza stessa, ma udite udite, mi viene risposto che la mozzarella viene solitamente messa sopra dopo la cottura in quanto se la di mette in cottura perde acqua. Beh sapevo che loro la mozzarella sulla pizza la mettono dopo la cottura, c’è scritto infatti sul menù; ma cmq la prima volta che sento rispondermi che la mozzarella perde acqua in cottura, mai sentito una roba del genere. Comunque la cameriera asconda la mia richiesta e poco dopo arriva la mia pizza, bella annacquata di acqua e olio che si è bagnato tutto l’impasto, una roba indecente, tra le peggiori pizze viste in vita mia.
