The restaurant has an absolutely fake rating that has nothing to do with reality. Very expensive prices (7 fried shrimps cost 15 euros), the menu pictures do not correspond to real dishes (the menu has large portions and mostly shows a lot of meat or seafood, in reality - expect a small portion of rice and a couple of shrimps). But the worst part was that we waited 30 minutes for the order! On a hot day in August, sitting outside in a 35 degree heat. During this time, the waiter did not even bother to come up to us and offer water or apologize for the delay, etc. The place survives on extreme prices so it doesn't need a tip. You will still pay your 40 euros for a lunch of two small dishes and two bottles of beer. If you are looking for a quick tasty meal that is typical of Asian cuisines - do not go to this place. A lure for tourists who leave their money...

Firstly, I didn't write a word that the food was tasteless, please read the comment again. I said the portions are very small. I'm sorry we ate the food we paid for. It was really good typical Thai food.

Secondly. Of course the prices are on the menu and I also did not blame you for slipping me the wrong bill. The menu contains pictures of large portions for which it is not a pity to pay dearly. But unfortunately the dish you brought and the dish shown on the menu are two different things.

Thirdly. When we arrived at the restaurant there were several clients. They were already finishing their lunch. Therefore, we were the first on the list for service. No need to say, the restaurant was busy. Of course, people reading these reviews will never know how it really was, so you have the right to tell everyone a fantastic story about your workload.

Fourth, you didn't answer why the waiter never came up to us in half an hour. Needless to say, we waited 20 minutes. I politely waited 25 minutes and then went to the waiter myself. Then he answered me that the order would be ready in 5 minutes. In total, our waiting time was 30 minutes ...

Intanto il perché di 4 stelle e anche il perché di non 5 stelle.

Darei volentieri 5 stelle per la gentilezza del personale, l'intraprendenza, la pulizia, sicuramente le materie prime utilizzate.

La quinta stella manca perché siamo in un ristorante thailandese, che dovrebbe essere fedelissimo alla cucina della nazione che rappresenta. Purtroppo non è così perché essendo io stato in Thailandia ho potuto apprezzare moltissimo cibi che sono caratterizzati per l'utilizzo massiccio, quasi invasivo alcune volte, ma comunque piacevole, delle spezie. Qui purtroppo di spezie non ne ho trovate; posso pensare che sia stata una scelta per venire incontro ai palati italiani, notoriamente diffidenti. Però secondo me, nel 2021 potrebbe non essere una mossa appropriata in quanto ormai l'italiano che sceglie la cucina straniera, desidera la fedeltà. E non piatti adattati o parzialmente adattati. La fedeltà tout-court, senza mezzi termini anche se molto impattante alcune volte; non importa, l'italiano che sceglie il ristorante straniero apprezza l'impegno del locale per proporre una cucina fedele. Probabilmente qui però hanno temuto e sono andati a seguire una linea fin troppo delicata. Ecco il difetto: una cucina troppo delicata. Poco speziata e quindi poco gustosa, nonostante, come ho detto prima, gli ingredienti siano sicuramente di qualità e genuinità.

La seconda ragione per cui manca la quinta stella è che le porzioni sono sufficienti ma sicuramente non generose. E di conseguenza il prezzo, percettivamente (confrontandolo cioè con quello di altri locali, considerando appunto le porzioni) è altino di un 20/22% Dico percettivamente perché, se le porzioni venissero rinvigorite un po', Ecco che il costo di €12 a piatto sarebbe ottimo. Sono locali dove dovresti riuscire a saziarti con un piatto, invece ne servono due principali oppure Uno principale e due di antipasto per sentirti pieno. E quindi la cifra diventa impegnativa, non si può andare tutti i giorni.

Magari in futuro cambierà la politica, speriamo. Riproverò tra...

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare al Ristorante Thailandese e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto dell'esperienza complessiva. Fin dall'entrata, l'atmosfera era avvolgente, con dettagli decorativi che richiamavano autenticamente la cultura thailandese. Il personale è stato incredibilmente accogliente e attento alle nostre esigenze.

La selezione nel menu era ampia e variegata, offrendo un'ampia gamma di piatti tradizionali thailandesi. Ho optato per il Pad Thai e sono rimasto affascinato dalla sua autenticità e sapore delizioso. I sapori erano bilanciati perfettamente, con un tocco di piccantezza che ha reso il piatto ancora più gustoso.

Il servizio è stato rapido e impeccabile, senza alcun intoppo nel corso della serata. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto la presentazione artistica dei piatti, che ha aggiunto un elemento visuale al piacere del palato.

In sintesi, il Ristorante Thailandese è un luogo dove l'autenticità culinaria si unisce a un servizio impeccabile e a un'atmosfera incantevole. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque sia in cerca di un'esperienza gastronomica pregiata e autentica di visitarlo al più presto. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci per assaporare altre prelibatezze dalla...
