The experience at your club last night left much to be desired. We were 4 student associations hosting a party of almost 200 people. This is the 3rd time we were hosting this party at Xo. We were paying Xo the cost per person that you demanded (although it was an increase from the last 2 times) and we were bringing the number of people as per your demand as well. 3 hours before the event you message us and ask us to make everyone pay for the cloakroom. How is that even possible to communicate to 200 people within a couple of hours? It is impossible. And upon that your relentless insistence on charging additional fees and your consistently rude behavior throughout the event were truly disappointing. It’s concerning how you constantly introduced new rules just before the event, citing Italian laws which apparently we had to google and you could not show us, which seemed more like a ploy to extract more money from us. We will ensure to spread the word to avoid your establishment in the future. Despite your attempts to ruin the evening with your hostility and aggression, we managed to salvage some enjoyment. However, it’s a shame that instead of being welcoming, you chose to antagonize us. Your lack of professionalism and courtesy did not go unnoticed. While I understand the importance of adhering to rules, your conduct was unacceptable. Just remember, treating customers with respect goes a long way.

Welcome to “XO NEW CONCEPT CLUB” (which the same place as XO restaurant cafe) a club of money extortion and violation of personal rights during the private events.

On the private party, my belongings were collected from the sofas without a notice, then I was blackmailed to pay for the cloakroom service or I don’t get my belongings back. This is called fraud, money extortion, violation of personal freedom of choice and a simple disrespect. Security, cloakroom staff were observing people putting their belongings there for 3 hours without saying a word, then they waited till everyone leaves that area, so they could quietly took our belongings and use it as a psychological pressure to make us to pay additional fees. I felt psychologically pressured and my rights being violated due to completely unacceptable behavior of the stuff. Never coming again to this place👌🏻
