“Meine Erfahrung in dieser Bar war enttäuschend. Obwohl die Bar an sich nett aussah, war der Service alles andere als freundlich. Ich bestellte zwei Aperol Spritz und ein paar Cichetti für meine Frau und mich. Nach der Zahlung bemerkte ich, dass mir für zwei kleine Getränke die Preise für zwei große berechnet wurden. Als ich das ansprach, reagierte das Personal uninteressiert und entschuldigte sich nur oberflächlich, ohne den Fehler zu korrigieren. Es scheint, als würden sie Touristen abzocken und eine sprachliche Barriere vortäuschen, um mehr Umsatz zu machen. Die Cichetti waren in Ordnung, aber insgesamt war das Erlebnis enttäuschend.”

Quando ho fatto notare il problema, il personale è sembrato disinteressato e si è scusato solo superficialmente, senza correggere l’errore. Sembra che cerchino di truffare i turisti e fingere una barriera linguistica per aumentare il fatturato. I cicchetti erano accettabili, ma nel complesso l’esperienza è stata deludente.”

After paying, I noticed that I was charged for two large drinks instead of two small ones. Great place to wander into and grab some grub. Seemed like a place that would be in an Italian village or definitely a place for the locals. We asked the lady behind the desk to make us a plate and she hit the nail on the head. Came out as bread with different meats/seafood on them (some with cheese and sauces too). Reminded us of an Italian sushi spread almost. It was 30€ for a beer, a Coke and a medium spread (15 or so pieces -- definitely enough to fill us up), so relatively pricey....

Ero con una mia amica. Servizio al bancone frettoloso, sbrigativo e affatto cortese, seppur con nessun altro cliente in attesa. Dopo esserci sedute al tavolo avremmo voluto chiedere una cosa, ma siamo state completamente ignorate. Io ho preso tre cicchetti, nulla di eccezionalmente buono, discreti direi, e una coca cola, 10.50€, lei ha preso 2 cicchetti e un gingerino, 8€, nonostante abbia trovato su internet scontrini con molte più cose a solo un 1€ di differenza dal mio totale. Inoltre mi è sembrato abbastanza strano il fatto che non ci sia stato bisogno di fare un calcolo dei prezzi al momento del pagamento, ma che il totale sia stato comunicato durante la preparazione dell'ordine, senza sapere se ci saremmo volute sedere o se avessimo voluto prendere altro. Entrambi i bicchieri erano caldi, non ci è stato chiesto se, proprio per quello, avremmo voluto un po di ghiaccio o, almeno per il gingerino, una fetta d'arancia Abbiamo dovuto esplicitamente richiedere lo scontrino per farcelo fare, dato che non ci tornavano bene i conti, però il mio ha previsto solamente la dicitura "cicchetti 10.50€", senza aver scritto la quantità di cibo preso...
