This was the WORST experience ever. For a train station fast food restaurant you would expect it to be at least one thing, FAST. There were many workers but they were all incredibly slow, especially the woman in the glasses at the desk and the girl with the pony tail, so incredibly rude. Our train was arriving and we had waited a long time for our food, we asked politely if we could just take the wraps as we could see them and the woman in the glasses did not even respond to us, seemed unbothered and just turned around. We had to leave without our food during a 9 hour journey. Completely appalled by the service they should be FIRED or at least be taught some manners and speed if they’re going to work at a train station, spent 30€ for a pissy teenager and an incredibly rude woman to gatekeep our food...

I jokingly mentioned that in Slovakia or Austria it is allowed. However, the reply I received was shockingly rude and cynical — I was told, in a very unpleasant tone, that “you are in Italy.”
I find this attitude completely unacceptable, especially from a staff member of an international company. Such behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional.
