This amazing bakery near Castelvecchio is easy to overlook from outside. It was pointed out to me by a local, though, while I was struggling to find a theatre nearby and got starving in the process. So I went there just in order to buy some food. I was lucky, being the only customer in the shop for some minutes, and got introduced to the products and ingredients, even offered to taste some vegetable. What a service! I bought focaccia and some other pastry with vegetable, because they looked so inviting and kind of unusual, packed everything in a paper bag and went away. I had no idea!
