McDonald's — Restaurant in Verona

DO NOT GO HERE This is the worst staff i ever met To start we placed our order and didn't get the ticket because 'the paper was empty'. We waited for 45minutes and our food still wasnt ready. We asked 7 times when it would be ready because we didnt have all day. They didnt do anything! They just said they would look for our number, which they didnt do. I almost had to shout to get them to listen. We were a group of 6 people and one person was sitting at our table with our stuff. They didnt believe we were with 6 people so they would not give our 6 menus (which we ordered and showed we paid). They refused to give us our food until we ALL stood before them. The 'lady' was really mean and had a really bad attitude. She almomst threw our food in our face. When we finally got the food, it was cold, we got the wrong drinks, the wrong sauce, and we werent hungry anymore because of how we were treated. We really just wanted to go but they wouldnt give us back our money. (And because we were with six it was a lot of money). Then when we were finished we went to the toilet, which was drowned in water, the toilet was broken and there was no soap. You do not want to sit on that toilet. So we cleaned our table and asked to see the manager, which didnt talk one word of english. At this point i just wanted to ask the name of the 'lady' that served us so i could put her name in the email we sent to the company. Apparantly she didnt have a name. Worst...

It's poorly organized: they have two counters where to pick up your order (there's the main counter and another smaller counter for like Mc Cafe products or something like that) but they don't tell you were you are supposed to take it. For example, i ordered pancakes and hot chocolate and had to take the pancakes at the main counter and the cocoa at the other one. The order numbers are messed up: the screen shows a bunch of letters and numbers combinations, but the receipt you get only has a number, no letters, so it's kinda confusing. Also the employee who was calling the numbers to give the orders wasn't exactly very polite, she just straight out gave the stuff and didn't say a word. The pancakes were pretty good (just a little too chewy) and I recommend getting the caramel topping. I also got a Pistachio McFlurry which was good, but it was only filled to like half of the cup. And then also a coffee which was already cold when served to me. I have to say, Verona isn't really good at...

UNO SCONCERTANTE E PERICOLOSO INFERNO DI CIBO: MCDONALD'S VERONA PORTA NUOVA

Sono ancora sotto shock per l'esperienza terrificante che ho avuto di recente presso il McDonald's di Verona Porta Nuova. Io e la mia ragazza siamo andati lì con l'entusiasmo di gustarci un pasto veloce e soddisfacente, ma quello che abbiamo vissuto è stato un incubo.

Appena siamo entrati, il cattivo odore si è impadronito delle nostre narici, offrendoci un'accoglienza ripugnante che avrebbe dovuto metterci in guardia sulle imminenti atrocità culinarie. Abbiamo ordinato i nostri pasti, sperando che il cibo potesse redimere l'ambiente squallido in cui ci trovavamo. Purtroppo, l'espressione "speranza di un inganno" si è rivelata estremamente accurata. La delusione nei nostri occhi era palpabile, ma nulla avrebbe potuto prepararci a ciò che avrebbe seguito.

Immersi nella nostra misera disperazione, abbiamo assistito all'entrata di DUE BANDE DI TUNISINI che hanno trasformato l'atmosfera già infernale in una scena da un film d'azione. Senza alcun riguardo per gli altri avventori presenti, hanno cominciato a LANCIARSI LE SEDIE e a gridare in modo selvaggio. È stato come se ci fossimo improvvisamente trovati nel bel mezzo di una RISSA DI STRADA!

Ma la cosa più allarmante è stata quando hanno ESTRATTO DEI COLTELLI, MINACCIANDOSI A VICENDA e METTENDO A REPENTAGLIO LA SICUREZZA DI TUTTI I PRESENTI. Siamo stati paralizzati dalla paura e dalla totale mancanza di controllo e intervento da parte dello staff. Dove era la sicurezza? Come è possibile che un luogo di ritrovo pubblico come McDonald's non abbia un minimo di sicurezza adeguata per prevenire tali eventi?

Questo non è solo un cattivo servizio o una mancanza di qualità alimentare, ma una totale mancanza di responsabilità e attenzione verso i propri clienti. McDonald's Verona Porta Nuova ha dimostrato di essere un luogo pericoloso e privo di qualsiasi forma di sicurezza.

La mia esperienza è stata al di là del pessimo e ha messo in discussione non solo la mia sicurezza personale, ma anche la reputazione di McDonald's come marchio internazionale. Spero sinceramente che le autorità competenti prendano provvedimenti immediati per chiudere questo rifugio dell'anarchia e dell'insalubrità.

Non posso fare altro che avvertire con veemenza chiunque pensi di visitare McDonald's Verona Porta Nuova di stare alla larga da questo luogo, per la propria...
