I traveled with 2 friends to Verona for a weekend. We stayed in the 3 bedroom room which also had its own private bathroom. The room was nice and clean and breakfast included in the morning was great with coffee, croissants, breads, yogurts, and juice. A great breakfast given that thus far I had found the Italians don't eat much for breakfast. ||||The location is also wonderful as it is just around the corner from Piazza Bra where the Arena is located. It is also within walking distance to Casa di Giulietta and Museo di Castelvecchio .||||When we initially arrived finding the office was challenging because it is located in an apartment across the street that is not clearly labeled. After ringing the bell for one of the two buzzers labeled B&B you will be buzzed in and wait for a lady to came down to let you into the b&b in the other building. You also have to pay in cash for the room when you arrive. We thought we had booked online in advance but the transaction didn't go through because of an error on the B&Bs end. I thought it was maybe just us but upon reading other reviews it is clear they only take cash.||||Overall I would recommend if you call in advance so they know to have someone in the office ready to let you in and bring cash to pay...

There happened to be a cleaning woman there to let us in thank goodness or we would have been stuck waiting outside for a while with all of our bags. ||You could not find any staff around, they didn’t not replace empty toilet paper over our stay. The only positive thing was location, however we found a hotel on the square for at least €30 euro per night than we paid. We would have moved but it was already pre-booked! ||When we came to check out had to ring the contact number on the back of the door and they said my mother will come in 20 minutes, after 3 phone calls and 1.5 hours later we were able to settle the account. ||Definitely do not recommend staying here! |Make sure you ensure you have booked the...
