After a week in Porto and another in Italy, the culinary journey had been nothing short of spectacular. Italian cuisine, with its perfect pastas and heavenly pizzas, is a marvel, but as an Indian, there's an undeniable truth: at some point, you just need a good old dose of 'desi' food.
