Fantastico, quando si entra si viene accolti dalla simpatia del personale. L'atmosfera è allegra si dal primo mattino, il che lo rende noto accogliente. Buonissima la colazione, la scelta su cosa prendere è praticamente illimitata e se siete in crisi basta chiedere consiglio a loro... non sbaglieranno. Se invece volete fare apericena, al pomeriggio hanno una saletta in fondo dove vi prepareranno una serie di affettati dalla qualità eccellente.

Had a caprese with tomato and mozzarella. That was as good as you could expect. My wife had a (rather strange) thick crusted pizza with tomato sauce, uncooked prosciutto on top- no cheese. Tasted okay, but the question is HOW?

HOW do you make cacio e pepe Bland??

The only thing I can think of is if you used the wrong kind of cheese in the preparation.

Decent wait staff, decent vibe, but just weird food, and not...

Strolled around charming Volterra when we felt like a bit of something sweet (after a great salumi and cheese lunch).

Passed this Pasticceria and looked very good. Lots of tables and customers inside. We bought a bunch of cookies and some vanilla-cream filled pastry. And we were quite happy with the products. Tasted fresh and homemade and not mass-production. The classic Amaretti were really tasty. Will come...

We have been coming to Volterra for three years and every year we come here for an aperitivo and something small to eat. Last two years we had a great experience, this year we where again looking forward to our visit but unfortunately we where rudely sent away because we did not came for a full meal like pizza (at 16.15!!) whilst there where tables available. Not coming back to this...
