広島流 お好み焼き 鉄板焼き廣 — Restaurant in Aizuwakamatsu

The location is a bit off the beaten path but it was well worth it. We arrived shortly after opening at 5pm on a Sunday. We sat at the counter to watch the magic up close, it was like paying for dinner and getting a free show. We ordered the classic Hiroshima style and the beef tendon. Both were quite good we have zero complaints. The food was made quickly and efficiently, as expected from a professional. The two of them running the place were busy non-stop, but they were nice enough to provide an English menu and did their best to help us order. By American standards the prices are dirt cheap but the quality was top notch. The owner of this restaurant is very nice and a wonderful chef! He makes his food with soul and love! My husband and I reside in 三沢 and we’ve tried Okonomiyaki from a restaurant in Osaka and from Dohtonbori in 十和田 but this wonderful Chef’s Okonomiyaki is the best we have ever eaten. If you want to eat at the best Okonomiyaki restaurant with a nice chef who makes his food with heart and soul, at a very wonderful price, then come to his restaurant.
