Oh my God!!! It tastes so good!!! Probably the best restaurant I've ever visited in Japan! A memorable dinner I had! We ordered so many dishes for just two of us and we were surprised by every single dish! The price reflects its quality and every dollar (yen) counts! Beautiful Japanese izakaya with a perfect combination of modern and traditional style! They have a wide selection of traditional Japanese meals, including sashimi, sushi, chirashi, udon, donburi, and nabe, although it seems that they can't do nabe on the spot if you haven't made a reservation for such first.

The sushi chef was very friendly and talkative with us (in Japanese), and our waitress had a good grasp of English. It's a classy place, but still feels warm. I highly recommend making a reservation though, and hopefully you can get a seat at...

Great variety of Hokkaido seafood on the menus. They have 2 locations close to each other and this review is for the Izakaya and not the main store. Guests are whisked into a boisterous dining area with several cooks manning the central area. There is also a second floor dining hall for overflow and larger parties. Service is brisk but perhaps a bit too quick as we had to ask several times whether our order was input. A few items were missed but we managed to reorder them. Reservations are a must...
