肉料理1SHIO — Restaurant in Atami

We brought my parents to Atami and stayed at Atami Sekaie as the destination for their first Japanese hot spring town experience. 1SHIO prepared our breakfast and dinner during our two night-stay and we were blown away by the hospitality and quality. Chef Ryuji prepared our breakfast and dinner during our stay and he carefully explained where the ingredients were from and allowed us to take photos before his preparation. He was so delicate with the ingredients and, not only was each dish great in taste, they were so beautiful in how they were plated. The open kitchen allows you to eat, sit and appreciate each and every dish as there is so much preparation that goes into them. The chefs and staff are so attentive and you can see that the chefs and staff are in sync to bring an incredible experience. We got to see the chef hand make the soba for the dinner menu while enjoying our breakfast. 熱海せかいえに記念日で宿泊し、ディナーをいただきました。お料理もサービスの最高の体験ができました✨

鉄板料理を中心にフルコースをいただくことができ、席は2人ずつで区切られており半個室のようになっているため、プライベート空間でお料理を楽しめます！ お料理は和食の要素と洋食の要素が織り交ぜてある創作料理で、個人的にフォアグラが全く臭みがなく旨みだけが出ていて感動しました！

ボリュームも大満足です。少量多皿で1プレートごとはちょうどいい量ですがデザートまで食べるとかなり満腹になります、、こちらでお食事をする際は熱海観光での食べ過ぎに注意です👍

熱海のホテル　せかいえ　月の塔にあるレストランです。 ホテルに宿泊し夕食と朝食を頂戴致しました。

鉄板焼き肉料理です。 カウンターテーブルの前に鉄板が有り ステーキはこちらで仕上げて頂けます。 オープンキッチンでライブ感あります。

夕食　コースで前菜からデザート迄全部で9品 お椀とデザート以外は全て肉料理です。

お椀と炭火焼きは特に美味しかったです。

朝食では、鉄板で野菜の炒め物とだし巻き卵を作って貰えます。こちらも絶品でした。

お味や斬新さパフォーマンス　提供タイミング全て素晴らしいレストランです。 料理長の心意気が伝わってきますね。

宿泊者以外は利用できないのが残念 一般客の受け入れも可能なら度々訪れたい所です。
