Joyfull — Restaurant in Beppu

We didn’t know what it was until we visited Kyushu and apparently, it’s a restaurant known only within Kyushu area . It’s a casual family-friendly restaurant (fami-res). We were travelling all over Kyushu for the holidays so we wanted to try it. It’s a decent restaurant very well priced with good portion servings, relatively large compared to the normal Japanese food serving. 今日のお昼に親と2人で利用しました。サイコロカフェご飯(サラダ・スープバー付き)1つと定食1つ。お互いドリンクを飲みたかったのでドリンクバー2つ頼みました。注文後スープ1杯、コーラ1杯、緑茶1杯をついで席に着きサイコロカフェご飯を頼んだ親がスープを飲んでたら料理が運ばれてきてその際にこちらのサイコロカフェご飯とドリンクバーにはスープバーは付いてないので次回からスープを飲む時は頼んでください。とキツめに注意されました。私は確かにスープバーが付いている事を確認してたので再度メニュー表を見ました。そのにはサイコロカフェご飯(サラダ・スープバー付き)と記載されてました。苛立ちを覚えたまたま帰る時にレジの方が注意した方と同じだったので先程の言い分は間違ってませんか？と言おうとしましたが親から馬鹿らしいから止めろと止められました。 だが、どうしても私は一言言いたくて仕事が終わったあと店舗に電話して事情を全て話しました。そしたら電話対応してくれたスタッフさんがそれはこちら側が間違ってますね。申し訳ないですと謝罪してくれました。二度とこのような事が無いといいなと思います。本当は...
