新鮮で質のよいネタを使った厚みがあり食べ応えがある寿司でした。皿によって値段が異なっています。なんでも100円の回転寿司でたくさん食べたい人には向いていないかも知れませんが、季節に応じた大分県ならではのネタが季節限定で色々楽しめ、手頃にプチ贅沢出来ます。醤油なしで食べれる旨味たっぷりのネタで驚きました。塩味などの味付けではありません。その物の美味しさが濃く、しっかりと味が分かりました。減塩中の私にはとても有り難いお店です。 駐車場広く出入りしやすい。

子どもの引っ越しがあり４ヶ月振り二度目の訪問しました。家族からのリクエストですが、私もずっと食べにきたかったので！今回は、イクラをサーモンで軍艦にしたのが気に入りました。口に入れると山盛りのイクラがポロポロこぼれるボリューム!!そして超濃厚!!定番化して欲しいと思いますね。でも、今しか楽しめない物を食べた満足感も強いです。炙りぶりも美味しかった。寿司の面白さはその土地、その店舗によるので、チェーン店ですが別府に来たら、此方を楽しみにしている次第です。平日は上握りのランチがコスパ最高。 店員さんによるかもですが、テーブルのふき方が雑な人に当たったのか、ベタ付いていたので、おしぼりで拭き直しました。前はそんなことなかったので人によると思います。 茶碗むしを使い捨てプラスプーンで食べたのは、感染防止対策なんかな？と考えています。はやく普通のスプーンで食べられるようなりたいですね！でも、美味しかったです！ It was a thick and satisfying sushi made with fresh and high quality ingredients. I visited for the second time after 4 months because my child moved. It's a request from my family, but I've always wanted to come to eat! This time, I like making salmon roe a warship with salmon. まず、スタッフの対応がドン底に最低です。 若い女性スタッフさんが数名おりましたが、ほぼ全員無表情で笑顔もなく愛想もなく、注文したお寿司等をテーブルへ運んで来たときにも「○○でございます」という案内があったかどうか判別出来ないほど声が小さくて、何が運ばれて来たのか全く分かりませんでした。 注文はタッチパネル方式でしたが、シャーッと電車？で席に届く物もあればスタッフが運んでくる場合もありました。 明らかに注文以外のものがスタッフの手によって運ばれて来たので、「頼んでないです」と言うと、(私としては)まずは一言謝罪の言葉があってからタッチパネルの注文履歴を確認すべきだと思うのですが、謝罪どころか「いやぁ、注文されてるんですよ」と(ドヤ顔で)断りもなく勝手にタッチパネルの履歴を確認し、そこでやっと注文履歴が無いことを確認して、その後もこちらには何の言葉も無く「あ。」と小さく呟いてタッチパネルを元の状態に戻すことさえせずにキッチンの方へ戻って行きました…。 あまりにビックリし過ぎて夫と一緒に笑ってしまいました。 お寿司の味は、「寿司めいじん」という店名は誰がつけたの？と思うような味でした。シャリは小さめで食べやすいかなと感じましたが、ベチョベチョしていて美味しくなかったです。全ての客に対応するためでしょう、寿司は最初からサビ抜きで提供され、テーブルの上に用意されているワサビを自分で付けなければなりませんでした。親切なのか、ただの合理化簡略化なのか…ハッキリ言って面倒でした。

会計のために呼んだ別のスタッフさんも若い女性でしたが、笑顔ひとつ無く「お愛想でよろしいですか？」と小さい声で一言。チェーン店であるはずなのにサービスマニュアルや研修教育がしっかりしていないのでしょう、お客に向かって「お愛想」と言うのはマナー違反で失礼に当たります。そういうことさえ教育されていないのだな、と最後まで呆れ果てて食事を終えました。 また別府へ行く機会があっ...
