ALLADIN INDO RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Fujikawaguchiko

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would.

Out of every restaurant I have ever dined in, this place has to have had the most disgusting and appalling customer service I have ever experienced. We entered their shop asking if they had any vegetarian no onion no garlic dishes for us (we have done this at many Indian and non-Indian restaurants, everyone has either been able to accommodate us or very very politely refused. They all went in and asked the chef at a minimum and tried to make some sort of arrangement)

From the minute we walked in, we were given dirty looks by every single staff member for no reason. After politely asking for any no OG options, we were bluntly told no, no effort was made to ask the chef, nothing at all. The waiter then abruptly left the table to go and serve other customers. No apology, no see you later, nothing at all. I was shocked and confused at how pathetic and abhorrently absent the sense of not only customer service but humanity was.

They are an Indian restaurant, and as an Indian woman, I am ashamed to think we are remotely the same. Very very...

I was looking for halal food and decided to go here because my hotel is just next door. When i reached the front door, the staff (or owner? Older guy) rudely told me off “Full!!”. Another caucasian person also just arrived and he received the same treatment. By the way I am Malaysian but may look east asian. I felt so disrespected and was quite shocked to receive this kind of treatment in japan.

Nevertheless, since i only eat halal food i thought maybe I can take away. When I went in there were two available tables, 1 for 2 people and the other for 4. A different staff then asked me to sit at the table for 2. That of course made me wonder why the first guy lied to me and said its full, when it is not. After i sat down more people came in and they were welcome better by the staff.

If the first person is muslim, you would know lying is a sin, and if you had other bad intention of denying a table for me and lying to me, thats additional sins for you towards me.

But anyhow, the food is just decent. Will never come back i would even rather eat onigiri due to hostile and...

I went to eat at this specific restaurant yesterday in Kawaguchiko and let me tell you, I was extremely uncomfortable as an Asian girl.

Before I begin telling my experience, the food was alright. The taste and portion sizes were decent. But it was very oily and I ended up getting a bad stomach ache that night. Twice. And so did my husband.

Anyway, I felt incredibly uncomfortable with one of the staffs working at this restaurant. He was the only one on the main floor taking orders and bringing food. At the end of our meal we went to go pay and while my husband was looking for bills in his wallet (cash only restaurant) the man started staring at me and my chest for what felt like a good 15-25 seconds and explicitly made a face afterwards. I stared back at him to try and stop him but he did not, and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I really regret not yelling at him and wish I told him off instead of keeping quiet. I strongly advise not going to this restaurant at all and save your money at a delicious Japanese ramen...
