Had dinner n lunch, ate twice at this little place. It's at a corner of a road intersection. The kitchen is a small truck and dining is in a small white tentage or two tables outdoor. I like the atmosphere. Dinner time is only up till 7pm. Opens 11.30am. When we were there, the queue time was 35 mins. Perhaps due to still covid restrictions, a table of 4 could only sit those from the same group. Wasting a lot of seats. So even if one person came, she would hv the whole table. Food here is not a lot of variety. Which is also good becoz they only cook their specialty. Basically all are ramen or noodles. Their broth is well cooked n tasteful. Solid flavours. I tried the lobster broth and it blew me away. Very rich though.... . Noodles is springy and hv a good texture. The staff also remind you that they do not serve water. And you can bring your drinks or order coke or beer from them. Staff there can speak some English, so no problems when ordering food. Price wise, reasonable. For this kind of food, I.e. a piping hot bowl of delicious noodles, I feel its perfect, especially on a cold day. So if you around Mt Fuji, check this out, no regrets.

The food truck opened its doors at 12 noon (today, 14 March 2024) contrary to Google's listing of 11:30 am. Upon placing our order, the waiter asked where were we from and recommended the Simple Tonkotsu Ramen: a pork-based noodle soup priced at ¥870, rated 1 star for salt and oil levels, as favored by fellow Singaporeans. Additionally, they reminded us that water was not provided and suggested bringing our own or purchasing from the nearby convenience store. Despite its modest 1-star rating, the recommended ramen turned out to be quite salty. It makes me wonder about the other options with 2 or 3 stars! We opted to include a boiled egg for an additional ¥130. Apart from the ramen and soup, the only other ingredient was thinly sliced pork. The soup boasts a delightful flavor profile, accented by sesame notes that enhance its aroma. Despite its saltiness, I found myself unable to resist finishing every last drop! The ramen is served from a food truck to the outdoor dining area, complete with tables and chairs under pitched tents—a novel experience for me. This food truck accepts cash only.

Located at a road junction, this ramen food truck offers tentage seating in a small area which means its good for all weather :) Downside is that the place has limited parking so if you are driving a big car it may or may not be able to squeeze into the space. For small vehicles its definitely no issue! At Kaneyuki, they offer a rich soup base ramen across 6 different choices. The flavours range from pork, garlic to prawn which the latter is a lighter taste for those that prefers something less heavy. Each bowl comes with a big, thin slice of charsiew with light, chewy noodles as well. Serving is large enough for a grown adult with a big appetite to have a hearty meal too. Fun fact, if you are tourist the staff may ask you where you are from and recommend certain flavours that may better match your palette <3 Lucky there were 5 of us so we managed to order 5 out of the 6 options and kept rotating the flavours among the entire family. LOL.

This ramen shop is located on the corner of an intersection and is a food truck style establishment. We ordered the Lobster Ramen and the Garlic Ramen. The "lobster" ramen was more of a dried sprinkling of some sort of Lobster type paste in the middle of the dish. Of course we expected pieces of lobster, but it was more lobster essence. The garlic ramen was nice, salty but they did warn us it would be salty. I think we paid a bit too much for it to be honest, the ramen egg is not included in the meal so it ended up being an extra charge and we got 2 colas, total ended up being 3,000 yen. The lobster ramen was a bit disappointing, but the flavor was still good. I don't think we would come back again but it was good flavors and friendly service.

A delightful and filling experience. This ramen food truck is run by a young couple and has a few items on the menu - and just a handful of tables. We came in just in time and ordered a classic tonkotsu (N1) and a Omar shrimp broth tonkotsu (N4), with a beer and and a juice. The guy apologised profusely for not having glasses, just bottles, but for us was totally fine (it's a food truck!). The food was amazing: hearty, rich, full of flavour and very filling. We were tired from a long travelling day and it just hit the spot. The guy also speaks English, we were able to communicate just fine even with some basic Japanese thrown in. The green tea ice cream was also great!

Had dinner at Kaneyuki and was very impressed at both the flavour of ramen as well as the price point offered. Our server was helpful in recommending the type of ramen to get based on where we were from (Lobster ramen). The toppings are pretty basic (just a thin slice of pork but we added the egg) but the flavour and thickness of the broth definitely makes up for it. Was pretty cold when we were dining but the tentage was helpful in keeping us warm and added to the vibes/atmosphere Take note that there are no toilets/handwashing facilities at the shop but you can find those at the nearby lawson/family mart. Parking available at the shop but also in the nearby areas.
