This place is just heaven! Super yummy food that even my 3 kids (6-11yo) found their dishes so tasty! If they are the ones rating this, they would rate this 10 stars 🤩🌟💯. My youngest rated them 20 stars 😅 We ate twice here and are planning to dine here again before leaving for Tokyo. We'll definitely come back whenever we are in the area 😍🫶👌 Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time we ate here it was dinner we ordered beef steak, pork kimchi, chicken teriyaki, stir fried vegetables. Everything was soo good! Meat were tender and the veggies are just cooked right they've got that crunchiness (I hate overcooked veggies). For our second visit (lunch), we had okonomiyaki, stir fried noodles, and pork steak. Again, everything was so good! They also serve beer. Price is value for money, you get your money's worth. We didn't mind splurging a bit cause we left feeling full and more than satisfied..with a happy tummy actually!
Place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (casual dining) Though it was small (only three 4-person table and 2-people bar table fit inside) it was cozy like eating at home. They also have tables outside but bec I liked that they have a very small toilet inside and they tried to make the place look nice by putting real live golden photos. If you are looking for some place that is IG worthy and a bit of fine dining this is not the place for you. The only downside is it could get a little stuffy inside and you could come out smelling like food a bit.
Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We met the Japanese owner, he was very nice. The staff were also super nice and accommodating especially Ms. Shiela 😍 she was very hospitable and entertained us whenever she can. We had a bit of chat because she's also a Filipina ☺️. Service was fast, they quickly attend to their customers' needs. When we actually got there the first time the place was full and we had to wait outside because it was a bit crowded. It was really chilly that time and as soon as we were out the door Ms. Shiela asked us to come and wait inside cause it's warm and we'll be more comfortable waiting inside. I really appreciated the gesture cause we have kids...
Read moreThis family-operated teppanyaki restaurant has clearly established itself as a must-visit destination for tourists in the Mount Fuji area, evidenced by the consistent queues I observed after my own visit. The popularity among international visitors speaks to both the food quality and the restaurant’s ability to create an accessible, enjoyable dining experience for travelers.
The teppanyaki preparation showcased solid technique and fresh ingredients, delivering the theatrical cooking experience that makes this style of cuisine so appealing to visitors. The flavors were well-balanced and satisfying, creating that perfect combination of entertainment and good food that tourist-oriented restaurants strive to achieve. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to presentation, justifying the restaurant’s reputation among both guidebooks and word-of-mouth recommendations.
The family operation creates an authentic atmosphere that chain teppanyaki restaurants cannot replicate, with multiple family members working together to manage both the cooking and service aspects seamlessly. Their experience handling international customers shows in their patient, friendly approach to communication and their understanding of tourist expectations and preferences.
Pricing falls into the reasonable middle range - neither budget-friendly nor expensive - which appropriately reflects the location, quality, and experience provided. The cash-only policy is clearly communicated and typical for family-run establishments in tourist areas, so come prepared with sufficient yen to avoid payment complications.
The food quality and generous portions create satisfying meals that justify the pricing and wait times, delivering the kind of memorable dining experience that travelers seek when exploring local cuisine. While clearly tourist-oriented, the restaurant maintains authenticity through its family operation and genuine care for food...

Really, small place. Only 4 seatings. Get ready to wait in line (it was around 1730 for us on a Friday). Food is great. Surprisingly enough, only tourists come here. Staff speaks little English, but it's more than enough to place order, pay, etc. Per usual, use Google translate if you have difficulties, or have an unusual request. We got okonomiyaki (I got seafood + pork + cheese, extra 200 yen for the pork), garlic fried rice, onion garlic chicken, garlic hamburger, and a small Fuji salad (quite unique flavor, at least for me). Everything was delicious. We wanted to get yakisoba but they ran out. Unfortunate.
Overall, great food.
And parking is right in the back of the building (they say so with a sign...
