海旬処 魚華 — Restaurant in Fujisawa

Yooo, the middle aged man wearing a cap. The man that grilling the seafoods here is so rude. I don't know if he doesn't like us because we're foreigners or he's always rude to everybody. We ordered some lobsters and clams but he talked to us like we are not costumers. We can speak japanese. We ordered by speaking japanese and he just talked to us in a very rude way. "Ikutsu?" " sore dake?". The way he spoke to us . The kind of voice he spoke?. Doesn't use the word with "masu" "desu". The way looked at us like we're just making his day bad. Why is he like that? The way put our order to our table like he is throwing it. Dude are u nuts?. I dont have his photo but some japanese post it in here. If you guys dont want to ruin your day. Be careful to that man. Very Arrogant. No one will ever come to his restaurant if he keeps doing that...

Went for a negitoro and shirasu bowl at 2:30 pm and the place was very quiet and the atmosphere was relaxing. You are welcomed and return to pay on the ground floor but the restaurant itself is upstairs through an elevator. The bowl was excellent, the negitoro smooth and buttery, the shirasu (boiled) paired with soy sauce and a bit of wasabi was very savoury. You order through a tablet which doesn't have English as a setting, but it's pretty intuitive and you can always use a translator. I also got a side of ikura and it was very juicy and fresh. Free ice water refills and very nice sets of chopsticks, and the counter I was seated at had a nice view of the seaside. I asked to use the toilet and it was clean and modern. I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant when it's not too crowded to fully enjoy...

It was a terrible experience in Japan, the first time we ever felt like that

The staff told us to just wait for a moment, finally we waited for nearly an hour, it's seems no one knows we are waiting, until we ask again.

When we sited, the truly is that there are so many vacancies table, but no staff to clean up.

Totally agree with the review yesterday "If you look at the sample outside and the real one, the sashimi is probably the pack sashimi sold at the supermarket" it's the worst seafood bowl that I have tasted in Japan, not worth the money
