Kaishima — Restaurant in Fujisawa

I had the best fish meal here, i ordered the grilled salt fish set and it’s worth the price. The fish is so so so good but since i ate with hand to help separate the bones, i soon realized my hand smells so fishy and it didn’t come off even after i wash my hand several times😭

Also it’s better to not order sashimi even though there’s nothing wrong with the taste and all, but it’s overpriced :( i thought we would get 6 pieces of salmon sashimi for 1.200 Yen but we only got 5 pcs which is kinda not what i saw in the picture on the menu..

oh and it’s CASH ONLY! But there is an ATM nearby and the cashier is kind to give us directions and wait for us to take cash. no pressure at all😄 but better prepare with cash beforehand

over all, it’s a good place to have authentic food in...

I don’t recommend it. Restaurant smells like fish market. I understand that u sell sashimi, but I ate at different places and none of them had such a strong fish smell. Tbh food portions are complete scam. I paid 3500 💴 for sashimi set and at the plate 60% is just decorations. Fish head is uneatable, green grass also, shells were empty (inside was just deco grass, you just get the little what you can see on top of them). I was very disappointed.
