I ordered Raw Shirasu and Ikura Don! It was 1950 yen about 15 dollars and came with pickles and seaweed and miso soup. Enoshima is known for fresh Shirasu, and it was so good!! There are many other Kaiden Don place, but I think it’s the best one on Enoshima island.

もう昔の藤浪ではなくなってしまったのか…。 もちろん値上げの波に倣っての事と、江ノ島価格という事も重々理解しているがコスパは近隣の似たような店と比べてもかなり低くなった。 まず海鮮丼、¥2600でこの内容とボリュームはいただけない。 ネタの味は良いのだが各種1キレずつで物足りない、値上げしてるんだからもう少しボリュームなんとかしないと。 隙間を生しらすとカニ身で埋めているが生しらすは結構生臭くカニ身も生臭い上に殻のジャリジャリが気になる。 ご飯は大盛りをお願いしたが妻の普通盛りとほとんど変わらない。漬物ちょろっとと釜揚げしらすちょろっと小鉢がついてくる。 かなり物足りない。うちの妻は少食だが全然足りないって言葉を発してました…。 そして本日のおすすめ定食、¥1800で刺身数枚と金目の煮付け(ランダム部位)と釜揚げしらすが主だったラインナップだが…まず刺身のしょぼさに加えて煮付けの部位よ。7割骨のアラみたいなのからお頭だけの場合もある。隣のおばさまも、これどこ食べるんや？ってぼやいてました。 昔はちゃんとした身の部分を提供してもらってたのに。要は白米、刺身少し、しらす、金目のほぼ骨と味噌汁で¥1800…。

あと店員もかなり質下がってた…。 厨房ではガムくちゃくちゃしながら調理、ホールは無愛想… 2階のお座敷も座布団散らかりっぱなし、テーブルも前の客の汚れそのまま、メニュー表もなんかもうやる気を感じない古ぼけた状態。 あ、お会計の人だけは良かった。 食べ終わって店でると正午くらいにも関わらず待ち0…昔は土日の昼時1時間待ちとかザラでしたよね。 代わりに近くのとびっちょは大行列…。 うーん…若かりし頃両親と来た時の思い出が懐かしいですわ、あの頃の藤浪はホント良かったな〜。 一回少し休業してでもテコ入れしないとホントやばいと思います。内装もメニューももっと満足度の高いものにしないとリピーター増えませんよきっと。 あと…従業員の方…もっとちゃんとしたほうが。厨房内で楽しくするのはいいんですけどね…せめてガム食いながら調理するのはやめた方が…
