I visited Blue Bottle Coffee in Fukuoka a couple of times during my stay, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots to recharge. Whether it was for a relaxed morning or a midday break, the coffee was consistently excellent—smooth, aromatic, and clearly crafted with care.
They also offer a great selection of breakfast options and snacks, all thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. From light bites to more filling choices, everything felt fresh and well-made.
The ambiance is clean, calm, and modern, with that signature Blue Bottle minimalist aesthetic that creates the perfect setting for conversation, quiet reflection, or even a bit of work. It’s spacious yet cozy, and there’s a clear attention to detail in both service and layout.

Queue system and crowd management are great. Menu are given early so that customer can decide what to drink, seats are assigned by the staff and just one representative to order drink and pick it up yourself. This should be the correct protocol rather all crowded at the counter. This is why blue bottle can open so many outlets in Japan as well as in other Asia countries. Hopefully they can keep it up.
Went twice this round, tried winter blend and also their new nola drinks. All tastes great as compared to other Fukuoka...
Read moreStopped by Blue Bottle in Fukuoka and it’s such a treat every time. The location is super convenient, right near the city center, and outside there are these cute little cherry blossom trees that add a nice touch. Inside, it’s spacious and so relaxing—perfect vibe to unwind. I had a hot latte, smooth and delicious as always, while my friends went for cold lattes with oat milk (no extra charge, which is awesome) and they couldn’t stop raving about it. The staff were great too—offered us some cold brew to taste, which was a nice surprise. Ended up grabbing two packs of beans and two sets of cups—so cute, couldn’t resist! This place is a must-visit on every Japan...
