Gohanya Hansuke — Restaurant in Fukuoka

I visited on Sunday, 9/7/2025. The line wasn’t long and the food itself was decent, but the service was incredibly poor and felt discriminatory. The male server who seated us was impatient from the start. He told us the lunch menu was fixed and couldn’t be changed. My family wanted to order the octopus, and although we saw another table being served it, he insisted we couldn’t have it and spoke to us with attitude. Throughout the meal, he never refilled our water, and we waited over 35 minutes for our food. When it came time to pay, he looked annoyed, rolled his eyes, handed the change back without a thank you, and walked away. I honestly couldn’t believe service like this is acceptable in Japan. Absolutely fantastic seafood restaurant serving fish of all kinds, from the finely cut sashimi, flavourful miso-based boiled fish to nicely seared mackerel, I was indulged in my meal. A big thumbs up for the chef and his knowledge in the fish cuisine! I also loved how cosy this restaurant is. ■感想■ ✔︎定食にしてはとても高価だが、洗練された美味しい魚が食べれた😋 ✔︎脂ののったイワシに梅煮というコンビは最強でした😺 ✔︎刺身のイカはとても甘く洗練されていた🦑 ✔︎中トロは高級寿司屋で食べるマグロ並みに脂がのっており美味しかった🐠 ✔︎穴子を刺身で食べれる機会は多くないので嬉しい✨ ✔︎並ぶのがとても嫌いなのでオープン5分後に行ったが、ラスト2席のうち1席を何とか確保😶 ※オープン前から並ぶ事もあるのでオープン時間ぴったりか少し前に行くことをお勧めします！

■備忘録■（プチ情報） ✔︎刺身醤油は九州ぽくとても甘め✨ ✔︎贅沢過ぎるが刺身の盛り合わせは注文マストかなーと感じた🤔 ✔︎日本料理店で修行された大将が気軽に魚料理を楽しんでもらいたいとオープンされたお店🐠 ✔︎地元産に拘り、姪浜や糸島に毎日調達に行かれ、なるべくその日にあがった魚を使用されているよう🤔 ✔︎メニューは日によって変わるそうです🐠 ✔︎行列も頻繁に出来るほど賑わっているお店 ✔︎普段使いであれば一つ前の投稿の煮魚少年さん、今 日は豪華なお魚定食食べたいと思った時は飯すけさんという棲み分けかなーと個人的に思いました😺🐠 ✔︎この日は博多エリアからマリノアに行くのをバスから電車に変えて大濠公園経由で行く事で何とか訪問を叶えた👍
