赤坂ハイツ — Hotel in Fukuoka

We rented a room for 10 days. I messaged them days before our check-in date to ask some questions, and they responded to my messages. I informed them that we would be arriving early the following day. They're supposed to open at 10 a.m., but they said someone would be at the reception desk at 8 a.m. to welcome us, which they did, and I'm so grateful since we were so tired from our trip and we already paid for the previous night. Anyway, they were so welcoming, and they tried their best to communicate in English. They posted some instructions at the entrance, on the elevator, and outside their reception office (room 403). The room was big enough for two people and equipped with a TV, a/c, a sofa, two beds, and an extra set of duvets, pillows, and blankets. There was a small kitchen with a fridge, a sink, a kettle, and a microwave. The bathroom was so clean, with hot and cold showers, bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They also have other brands of shampoo and conditioner; whichever brand you prefer, just make sure to leave them and not take them with you upon check-out. They won't be cleaning your room during the duration of your stay, but they will provide you with so many towels and toiletries upon check-in. You need to leave your trash in the small room next to yours, and someone will collect it. You only need to leave your keys in the small metal box upon check-out. The location is within the city limits, near Ohori Park. Bus stops are close, and the closest subway is 750 meters away. Convenience stores such as Lawson and 7-11 can be found around the corner. I'm not sure if they have a laundry room, but we went to a laundry shop two blocks away from...

The room is very clean, and price is very reasonable. No parking space provided, and if you want cheaper overnight parking, can park across the street (500-600 yen for 8pm-8am) instead of the parking next to the hotel (1500 yen max...

2泊3日で滞在した。初日はとても綺麗で居心地がよく過ごしかったものの、特典としてあるはずのWiFiが繋がらなかった。総合センターに電話し、言われた通りに試したがWiFiは使えなかった。その後連絡くださいと言われたが、何回連絡しても連絡はつかなかった。

バスマットとトイレのゴミ袋の換えを欲しいといったが、係のものに伝えるといったっきり、滞在中に渡されることは無かった。ゴミ袋は急いで欲しかったので、とても残念だった。

ホテルのフロントがないのは良いが、電話もメッセージでも連絡がつかないとなるとどうかと思う。 届けると言ったものが届かないのも、とても残念だった。
