The meal started out very nicely, the chicken is delicious and all of the veg to drop into the pot was very fresh and tasty. However, the server didn’t return in time with the rice to finish the meal so our broth over reduced and burnt. Cue mass panic and a new bowl of fresh broth appears which the rice and egg were dumped into. As this broth hadn’t reduced or had the chicken cooked in it, it was watery and bland instead of rich and thick with all the collagen as it should be. It really put a sour note to the end of the meal and no explanation or apology from anyone. As good as the chicken is, this experience is supposed to be all about the unctuous, gooey porridge to end the meal and we didn’t get that.

Don’t know why they arranged a little dark room without better air exchange for the room especially for hotpot dish even they have rooms not occupied. The environment is not acceptable for dine in.
They also served us raw chicken which I can’t take a photo as the server take it away so fast.
Seems no service during dining time after serving raw chicken. I cooked the hotpot in order to have cooked chicken by myself.

Recommend to choose the basic set 3500 yen per person and add when food is not enough. Add on is not expensive. Note that the waitress will cook noodles or porridge in the pot in the end.
