We were welcomed warmly by the friendly staff, my wife ordered the most popular ramen, and I ordered the spicy. We also ordered gyoza - comes with 8, we ended ordering another they were awesome! When they served us they put gyoza sauce and a reddish paste for us to have with them, the staff were very helpful and kind. The ramen was fantastic! I am no ramen expert, but I know what I like, and the broth was rich and flavourful, the chashu was flavourful, I ordered extra noodles. I had seen it on the menu, but could not find it but the young guy who cooled the noodles figured it out for me. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and our experience. These guys know what they are doing and we recommend this shop highly for the quality of the food, the service and the...

They delivered a solid bowl of Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen, capturing the essence of the region’s beloved pork bone broth. The soup was rich yet surprisingly light, with a smooth texture and deep umami that didn’t feel overwhelmingly heavy. The thin, straight noodles complemented the broth well, offering a nice balance of firmness and chewiness. The toppings were classic but well-executed—tender slices of chashu that melted in my mouth, fresh green onions for a bit of sharpness, and perfectly marinated ajitama (soft-boiled egg) with a creamy, slightly runny yolk. And their gyoza was...

Amazing vibes. Thumbs up to the staff who realised I was reading the menu using Google translate and he quickly offered me an English menu. One of the staffs who was responsible in cooking the ramen, I can't help but to notice he has psoriasis (being a healthcare professional myself), one of the many skin diseases. I couldn't speak Japanese but I pray for his recovery. Back to the bowl of ramen, I enjoyed it a lot, the broth was rich in flavour, the ramen was springy, the dumplings were delicious and the meats were tender. Overall a very pleasant experience!...
