We went here on a rainy Saturday on our last day in Fukuoka and it was the absolute best decision! They seated us immediately at the counter and we could see during our dinner the food preparation from the chef.

The quality of food is soooooo good! We enjoyed every piece we got served and also they have really great sake.

The menu is in Japanese but the waiter and chef are super helpful with getting the right order and they also translate every piece before serving it.

I highly recommend this place for a great sushi experience in Japan and also for the high standard of service...

Made reservations online here for our NYE meal and had a great meal! One of the best meals we had during our visit in Fukuoka. Sashimi was superrr fresh and all of the cooked hot foods were really good too. They do not have an English menu so Google translate led the way for us and the staff tried their very best to communicate with us. Staff were very friendly.

If I understood the history correctly the father ran it as a sushi restaurant but the son runs it now and it is more of an izakaya. They do have some sushi dishes though. A little bit of western fusion in some of the dishes make it more interesting than average. The course menu was delicious and...
