Went for a lunch Omakase course(booked in advanced). Even tho it was quite far away from my accommodation, I really wanted to try not only reviews looked great but also rather than waiting long time in popular sushi shop in Hakata station.
Interior wise, it was really neat and fancy, however it seemed staff didn’t plan where to assign one person for seating. I’ve got a counter seat in front of beautiful salt decoration however chefs seemed not happy and confused why am I occupying this seat. Eventually moved to end of counter seat which I got uncomfortable feeling as well despite not even started the course. But staff were kind.
Move onto the food part, entree, sushi courses, and dessert were fabulous. Sushi chef tried to explain in Korean as much as he could and sushi itself had good enough amount of rice, nice tare soy on top, and good quality of fish fillets were served. Dessert was almond pudding and it was delicious that I’ve never tried before.
Worth to visit if your accommodation is not too far and looking for quiet, neat and good...

I enjoyed the well thought out dishes...
