Off Broadway burger+bar — Restaurant in Fukuoka

What an absolute gem! I was recommended this restaurant, and I was so happy I went.

First, the food was amazing. For appetizers, we ordered the mozzarella sticks and popcorn shrip. I dont normally eat shrimp, but this was exceptional. The breaded shrimp was crispy and delicious. The mozzarella sticks were also well breaded and delicious, reminding me of home. The sauce that came with it reminded me of sweet and sour sauce, with a little kick to it. We then ordered the Broadway Burger, which was out of this world. It was juicy, and so we'll constructed that I didn't find myself struggling to hold the burger together. This place is known for this burger for a reason! I finished my meal feeling extremely satisfied. Just about everything is made in-house, and there's a passion and love behind it.

Second, the restaurant itself is homey and very chill. It's got a hometown feel to it. The staff are incredibly kind and great to have conversations with. I'm so happy to have met Luis and Tomako. They are wonderfulful folks. Please stop by and pay them a visit. You'll share some laughs and stories, and you'll leave feeling satisfied and comfortable. I'm always a little skeptical and keep my expectations in-check when I see "American" burgers marketed in other countries, but this is a burger worth going out for!

From the beef to the bun, the blue cheese, and the bacon, all the components of this burger were clearly selected with care. Absolutely delicious!

It's a relatively small place (room for 22?), but that only adds to the coziness created by the excellent and friendly staff.

Off broadway, an New York style bar which is better known for its host Luis. The friendly New Yorker is a true host to anyone. The bar also serves delicious food which and just the food alone makes it worth the visit. Visiting on Friday? There is often live music from 20:00 which adds to the atmosphere.
