Sushi Kappokuroshio — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Sushi Kappokuroshio restaurant is a small, private and comfortable sushi restaurant with very fresh, flavorful, delicious, and beautifully prepared and presented sushi and related product dishes. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the place in privacy of friends and family. The service was polite and prompt. The food is delivered one at a time as it is prepared but that is common for many restaurants in Japan. Service is summoned by a small bell (otherwise they won’t come). We also enjoyed a three small shed prepared surprise appetizers served prior to food delivery. 역시 초밥의 본고장 일본이다 생각이 들었던 맛집입니다

우선, 대부분 예약제로 운영되는 것 같습니다 이용하실 분들은 미리 예약하시길 바랍니다

기본 코스가 인당 6천엔 - 에피타이저 3개+초밥 8pcs+어묵국물(?)+ 미니 우니덮밥으로 구성되어있고 1인당 1 음료 주문입니다

여기에 음식 추가주문해서 먹는 식으로 운영됩니다

처음 에피타이저와 광어초밥,오징어초밥,보리새우 초밥 나올 때는 한국의 미들급 오마카세 와서는 가격대비 좋다라고 생각하면서 먹었습니다

그 생각이 깨진 게 갈치초밥 나오기 시작하면서였습니다 살짝 불맛을 낸 갈치초밥은 특유의 고소하고 쫀득함이 더해져 와 이런 초밥이 있나 생각이 들었습니다

그리고 참치대뱃살 초밥은 말 할 필요도 없습니다 처음 입으로 넣었을 땐 음 한국에서 먹었던 오도로 초밥이네 했으나 한 번 씹자마자 고기의 육즙처럼 참치 대뱃살에서 내온 고소한 풍미가 입 안을 가득 채웁니다 이 초밥은 씹으면 씹을 수록 고소한 풍미가 계속 더해져 다 먹고 넘긴 후에 그 풍미가 한동안 입 안을 맴돕니다

마지막 붕장어초밥도 빼놓을 수 없는데, 불맛을 낸 붕장어가 입에 넣으면 소고기처럼 녹아내립니다

쉐프분들이 한국 단어들을 아셔서 초밥 내주실 때 한국말로 무슨 초밥이라고 이야기해주시는데 서비스는 덤입니다

한국어 메뉴판 따로 있는데, 쿠루마 에비를 번역 돌리셨는지 한국말로 보리새우인데 차새우로 잘못 표기되어있습니다 너무 귀여운 글씨로 적혀있어서 이거 오류라고 말하기보다 소소한 웃음거리같아서 보고 미소 짓고 나왔습니다
