I asked the hotel before I arrived a few days about luggage storage since they check in time was so late at 4 pm. When I arrived at the hotel, there wasn’t and locks at all. Contacted the hotel and he told me to go back to the train station and use a locker there. Unacceptable response!!! It wasn’t right to tell your customer to walk to a bus station then go to a train station. Eventually, he contacted the housekeeper and she let us left our luggage in the room first since the previous guests checked out already. Facility was so dirty. Hallways were dirty and the room was even worse. Dirty room, very dusty, the worst part was bedding. I couldn’t believe how they left me a pillow full of mold on the pillow case and blankets were extremely nasty, smelled of people sweat accumulated on the blanket, very very strong odor. I couldn’t sleep on the first night since smell was so strong. The next day I asked for a new blanket and she changed to a new one quickly. Don’t let their pictures fool you. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! I paid $288 for 3 nights and it was absolutely a ripoff. DON’T MAKE A BIG...

Location is good, close to the shopping areas, and many restaurants around.

Need self check in, n took us quite a while to complete the check in. The booking reference n booking name didn't work at all, no record found n need to connect to the staff online, then they will give u a reference no. So u can complete the check in....

The hotel n room has sone smells, but not too strong, but it is not preferred. Stay for only 3-night, so we could ignore that with the comparative...

Very spacious and cozy hotel room with everything you need! Great location: walkable distance to Tenjin shopping area; good and local restaurants nearby the hotel; if taking metro to Akasaka, it just takes within 10 minutes walk to the hotel, on the way you can find restaurants, convenient stores & 24-hrs shop.

Only if the hotel can email the passcode and room no. a day before check in, as they mentioned before, would be...

(화) [스탠다드 스튜디오] 6인실이었지만 4명이서 이용했기에 1인 1침대가 가능했고, 캐리어를 전부 펼쳐놔도 크게 불편하지 않았으며 샤워실과 화장실이 분리되어 쾌적함. 시간당 550엔 정도로 합리적인 가격의 얼리체크인(숙소의 청소 상황에 따라 가능한듯)과 다이묘 거리 및 텐진 거리와 가까운 접근성 등을 고려하면 가격 대비 훌륭한 숙소. 다만 여타 후기에도 나와있듯, 환기가 가장 큰 문제. 화장실과 욕실의 환기를 가동시켜도 효과는 미미함. 또한 단순 흡배기의 문제가 아니라 겨울철 실내외 온도차때문에 창문에 물기가 서리는데, 그 물기가 고여 아랫층 침대까지 타고 흐름. 입실 직후 숙소 사진을 찍어두어 다행이었지만, 우리가 환기를 제대로 하지 않아 물자국이 남은 줄 알고 식겁했던 기억이다. 다른 후기에서 걱정한 먼지 문제는 크게 체감되지 않았고, 냄새 및 습기와 관련된 환기 문제만 OK라면 추천하고싶은 숙소. 저렴한 단체여행을 계획중이고, 몸 뉘일 침대만 있으면 사소한 단점은 상관없는 여행객에게 추천.
