I was looking forward to trying Bar&Dining AJITO, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
The biggest issue was the bar manager’s attitude. From the start, she was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional—but what made it worse was how she mocked every question we asked. Instead of simply answering, she laughed at us and loudly repeated herself, even after we told her we completely understood.
One particularly concerning moment was when my friend, who has a serious nut allergy, asked about the ingredients in the jerk chicken burger. Instead of giving a proper answer, she laughed and said, ‘It’s jerk chicken,’ as if it were a ridiculous question. Asking about ingredients due to allergies is a completely reasonable thing to do, and her reaction was not only unprofessional but also irresponsible.

If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer, then this is the place for you. From the moment we walked in, the service was appalling.
We were seated without menus, which seemed like an oversight at first—until we went up to the counter to order. Instead of simply handing us menus, the staff rudely told us to grab them ourselves and return to our table— physically pushing us. No explanation, no courtesy, just an unnecessary power trip.
When we finally attempted to order, things somehow got even worse. We asked a basic question about the ingredients in a burger because someone in our group has a serious nut allergy—a completely reasonable question for any responsible restaurant. Instead of answering like a professional, the staff member scoffed, gave us attitude, and even laughed about it with her coworkers. Apparently, food safety and customer service are jokes at this establishment.
A bar or restaurant that cannot handle a simple allergy inquiry with even the bare minimum of professionalism is not just rude—it’s dangerous. If you value good service, common courtesy, or, frankly, your own health and safety, take your business elsewhere. This place...
