Closed on Tuesdays (during summer) and made a reservation as it was typical in Hokkaido. The consomme was authentic and no salty taste. We ordered all types of meat to taste but you can just order the beef. Grilled fish was huge (maybe good for 3 people). Enjoyed the family setting like atmosphere as it was cozy. Orders are electronic and service was efficient. This restaurant is ran by a family who can converse English fluently.

What a wonderful place to come for lunch. We had the whole place to ourselves as we here for spring skiing and the food was so delicious. Beef, Lamb and Pork Shabu, biggest Mackerel I have ever seen. Chicken and Kimich rocks. We loved it so much we came back again before we left. 5 stars again and no suprise at all they always get 5 stars. Fantastic!!!

Came for lunch! Very cozy place. Lunch set comes with the option of adding vanilla ice cream. You must get that, it's amazing! We had gapao rice and burata cheese bread. Both were delicious! We also ordered the Furano Honey Latte, which paired very well with the ice cream.

This place is beyond five stars. ⭐️ The staff are very friendly. They even gave us homemade tofu on the house for my vegetarian girlfriend. We had the lamb, beef and pork hotpot! And lots of local vegetables. The cabbage in particular was sweet! 🥬

We booked a few days in advance and had pre drinks at the bad before having Shabu Shabu with both pork and beef sirloin set (include vegetables), service was very friendly and price reasonable. Highly recommended!

Agree with the other comment it is more than 5 stars. Best meal we’ve had in Japan across Tokyo and Sapporo over the past 9 days. Particularly of note was the Hokkaido beef shoulder, Furano pork and mackerel!
