定食の「小鉢２皿」が、パイナップル一片とマカロニサラダ(T_T)。 トレーにバランス悪く食器達が置かれていました。色合い的にもカイワレ大根だけではない緑色の野菜が入った小鉢があると良いと思います。（ほうれん草のお浸し。とか想像してた） 店の隅に色んな物が置いてあり、なんとなく隠してあるけど丸見え。 格子状の棧には埃がいっぱい。 コロナウイルス対策云々。と、貼り紙が沢山あったり、パーテーションがあったりするのに何故かお茶のお代わりは客自らがレジ付近のウォータージャグで。色んな人が触る取手。 温泉帰りに目について寄りましたが、きちん...

第一次去下呂温泉，在溫泉酒店check in 前在附近周圍遊蕩，找到這間餐廳，門面並沒有大多特別裝飾，相信應該是很地道那種就決定進店一試。 店舖女職員(可能是店主)很有善亦能用英語溝通，快速地給我們英文餐牌，由於太肚餓很快就下單，點了當地最有名的飛驒牛湯烏冬，等了大約10分鐘餐就送上，賣相很不錯，有數片牛肉，熱度是我極愛的滾燙，湯底清充滿鰹魚的味道（不知道有沒有講錯😂)還有一些蔬菜、筍、葱，每一樣都有獨有的味道，最特別還有一塊橙皮！ 牛肉切得很薄味道十分新鮮，一點也不油膩，肉質很嫩滑，烏冬的軟硬程度恰到好處，份量很多，至少足夠填飽我的食量，再有機會到下呂，必定要再試😋
