We went here when our hotel restaurant was all booked up for the night. We ordered the sushi set, the kumashiro ramen, and the shabu shabu set and we all enjoyed it! Great view and chill vibes in a spacious room.

プール＆温泉施設「ユネッサン」併設の飲食店です。場所が少し分かりにくいですが、エーゲ海とかのある屋内プールエリアの１つ上のフロアになります。隣は無料休憩所です。 「和食店」です。これを和食店と呼んで良いのか微妙ですが、中華や洋食でない事は確実ですから和食という事にしといてあげましょう。 店内は非常に広く、テーブル席がメインです。窓の外には箱根の山々が広がっています。ロケーションは抜群と言って良いでしょう。 注文はタッチパネル制。平日とはいえ、オープン直後に訪れたのにメニューの半数近くが品切れ。おつまみに至っては３種類のみ注文可能。 生ビール、日本酒、枝豆、フライドポテト、唐揚げを注文。だってコレしかないんだもん。 さて、お味は…。 唐揚げは冷凍ですね。カピカピでジューシーさの欠片もありません。パセリもレモンも付きませんし、七味唐辛子も置いてません。 枝豆は、冷凍のやつを解凍しただけですが、これは明らかに熱湯で茹で直していますね。火が入りすぎていてフニャフニャです。 フライドポテトはもちろん揚げただけ。ケチャップの量とポテトの量が合ってないです。 ２人で訪れたので取り皿を頼みましたが、どういう訳だか「敷き紙」の敷かれた取り皿を「１枚」だけくれました、何故でしょう。 お値段は４杯３品で、３９００円。 プール施設の飲食店など期待していないのですがここは余りにも酷いですね。コンビニでつまみでも買って、休憩所で呑んだ方がマシです。

Service (as always in Japan) was excellent, but the food was the worst we have had in our month long stay in Japan.

Not only that but the hotel staff were unhelpful and implied that we shouldn’t have been there.

Would recommend quite literally anywhere else. Was also expensive for the quality and...
