We arrived in Hakone in the evening after 19:00. Most of the restaurants had already closed (you have to eat early in Hakone). We arrived at the restaurant and were warmly welcomed. I had salad (cabbage) which was very tasty and noodles with seafood. You get a soup with it, which is a bit too spicy for me everywhere in Japan (my colleagues really loved the soup). The noodles were ok, could have been a bit more al dente. There was not much sauce and tomatoes were missing. The first dish that I found more satisfying in Europe than in Japan. But still good. Read moreSuch a lovely restaurant. The food was good, we tried the Steak, Chicken Katsu, Spaghetti with seafood and the Cesar salad. Everything was good, especially the chicken katsu.
The prices are normal, we paid 45€ including drinks.
The service was absolutely fantastic. It was raining a lot after we finished eating and they drove us to our Hotel free of charge. It wasn't far but with the heavy rain we would have been soaked in water if we didn't get a ride.

After we were done eating, the owner noticed we had walked to the restaurant and it was very dark and offered for her son to drive us home! We were only staying 5 minutes away so we declined, but that is going above and beyond.
