We were very tired after a day of skiing so we ordered pizza to be delivered from them. We ordered Oniku and garlic bread. We were told it was a 90 minute wait for the delivery. We accepted that so that's on us, but I'll tell you what, it was one of the worst meals I've ever eaten. The garlic bread wasn't a garlic bread. It was a garlic pizza. The pizza had a slight burnt smell to it and when I bit into what I thought was garlic it was burnt and crunchy. Also on top of the pizza was some kind of BBQ sauce! We thought that they burnt the pizza and instead of making us a new one they disguised it and poured BBQ sauce on it. Then there's the Oniku pizza. We saw a couple pieces of thinly sliced ham on it, 1 super thin sliced of pepperoni and lots of cheese. I could taste the onions and ketchup but that was about it. Essentially it could have been a cheese pizza and I wouldn't have know any different. This was worst pizza I've had anywhere and that includes domino's or pizza hut, and I don't mind eating those. Just those two items was 4,300 Yen, which in Australian dollars is $58 or USD $43. I would never order from them again and I highly suggest you avoid it too. We tired to eat here twice. The first time the pizzas were delicious but a little slow. The second time we had a 630pm booking that we arrived at 620pm for, and as we were ordering drinks we were told that there was a 1.5 hour wait on pizzas, which clearly doesn’t deliver meet the expectation of a 630pm booking. We had made a commitment to turn up for our booking, and we’d expect they’d turn up with the 4 pizzas that we had come for within a reasonable time. We left and ate elsewhere. It seems they don’t really have a system (like any other restaurant) for managing their food preparation with their demand, particularly of people who are sitting in the restaurant as per the booking! We get the impression that they were overloaded with delivery orders…maybe they’re really more of a pizza delivery place?
