The restaurant showcases the Yamabuki miso paste so if you’re looking for Japanese food that is a little different from (and healthier than) the fried chicken and pork katsu curries, shabu shabu and ramen dishes at all the other restaurants in Happo-One, then this is definitely worth adding to your trip.
