What an amazing experience. We felt like we were in the alps. As soon as we walked in we were promptly greeted warmly by the staff. The staff are very kind and switched on, they go out of their way to make your experience as good as possible. The atmosphere and ambience are lovely, the music is melodically pleasing. A real fire to set the mood, attentively looked after by the staff throughout the course of the night. The aromas of the food weaving through the restaurant were salivating. I recently tried out Burger Haven, and overall, it was a solid experience. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, with a mix of retro diner vibes and modern decor. The service was quick and friendly, which was a big plus.

Now, onto the burgers. I went with their signature Classic, and it was pretty good. The patty was juicy, the bun was soft but held up well, and the toppings were fresh. The flavor was solid, though not the most mind-blowing burger I’ve ever had. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, definitely worth getting on the side.

Truly amazing restaurant conveniently located walking distance from the main Echoland strip but set in a forested area with beautiful outlooks from the windows. Amazing food, best cheese and charcuterie that we have had in Japan and the interactive fondue and raclette really made for an interactive and memorable experience. We would recommend anyone coming to Hakuba to try Bistrot Montblanc at least once...
