Walked there from the bus stop after a big day of skiing at 47. Fortunately for me they opened for dinner at 5pm and I arrived 5 minutes before, so was first in and served. They were all sold out of the spicy sesame ramen from the lunch service, so I ordered the salty ramen, gyoza and karaage chicken washed down with an ice cold Asahi. Service was prompt and they had an English menu, food was excellent and as previously stated, the fermented wheat juice was bloody ice cold. Service is extremely rushed as they encourage you to call a taxi as soon as you get your food (which we did), but then the taxi came 5 min later and we weren't finished so had to leave food. I think we were literally sitting for maybe 20 minutes? Overall, I'd say not worth the wait unless you've never had ramen in Japan and this is...
