We ate at the Luore restaurant in the RIHGA Royal hotel in Hiroshima for their buffet breakfast twice and it was fabulous both times! They have a wide selection of western and Japanese cuisine and it is open at 6:30 am. When we were there it was all decked out for Halloween and the decorations were very cute and memorable. I loved the giant pumpkin wearing the big Luore chef hat at the entrance to greet you.
My wife and I were on a two week tour of Japan and ate exclusively from the Japanese side of the food choices, so I can only attest to that cuisine. There were many choices and lots of western options, some that we didn’t see anywhere else on our tour. The fish cutlet Guns and Hiroshima fried chicken were definitely memorable and delicious. They also had okonomiyaki egg pancakes as well and I tried nato beans for the first time here.
I appreciated the paper map that displayed where all of the food choices were located. The service was friendly, efficient and helpful as well. There was a line up when we came, but it moved quickly. All in all, it was a lovely buffet and a great experience! They even had tiny packages...

The selection of food was a smaller offering of a wide variety of global bites from around the world including international food I've never encountered before to all you can eat steak which was cooked on demand.
This is the first time in very long time I have been thoroughly impressed by any restaurant, let a lone a buffet style restaurant.
