The process is not straightforward. It would be easier for tourists if the ticket machine had English, but it's ok. One of the workers rescued me at the ticket machine and provided an English menu for me. She was so nice!
The instructions are like this: First, locate the ticket machine next to the dining area and insert enough cash. Select the meal you would like and retrieve the ticket. Second, present your ticket to one of the servers and pick a seat (you have to wait if there is a line). Third, wait for your meal to arrive then enjoy!
