Wait staff were nice enough and spoke plenty english. Not sure what the issue is with the Google reviews but its way better than what's shown. I didn't realise it was only 2.7 stars untill after I'd paid and left and came to write the review. We were served fast. Water without asking. English menu provided without asking. Food came out fast, chips were the best ive had in a long time. The pizza was great, hard to mess up a margarita. They're not trying to sell you $200 Wagyu which was a breath of fresh air, and the steak provided was quite nice. Brownie was meh, Gelato was great. $60 for 2 with drinks and desserts... I think that's quite alright!

It could compete in the slowest service in Hiroshima in a train station? We went in at around 11am, not a lot of customers were in and we ordered 4 pasta meals + a Margherita pizza. It took 35 mins to get the first pasta plate. 5 more mins for pizza, 5 additional mins for the 2nd plate, and 10 more mins for the last 2 plates. We definitely couldn't eat at the same time. We thought the food would taste great to take that long but not close, it was just ok, plus portions were small size (like mini pizza?). I am not recommending this restaurant, and I should have been expecting this service level considering the reviews before picking this place.

Everything including the lemon beer was fun and delicious. Not top notch but not paying top notch either. Great fusion and not available elsewhere. We'd go again to try more oyster arrangements. Most of them had a nice balance without killing the oyster flavor.

Honestly, I’m usually not the type to rate so low, however… the customer service here was very bad. I was excited to try a restaurant at the dining area, and I walked into this one. I was seated, and grabbed my own menu. I seen a couple walk in about 10 minutes after me and they were immediately greeted properly and were offered hand towels. I was not. I stared at the menu for more than 15 minutes, but was never once asked if I was ready to order. No one came up to me and offered me anything (water or hand towels, help with the menu) Instead, the gentleman asked the couple who came much after me if they were ready to order and I was so upset by this I walked out and decided not to have lunch here. Super unprofessional and unfair. I hope they can do better. These reviews are all very similar to mine, so be cautious. It’s better to try one of the more popular restaurants in the dining area.
