Shikisai Hiroshima Ekimae — Restaurant in Hiroshima

We went there without a lot of expectations and still we were disappointed. Even for a foreigner living in Japan, I was surprised by the lack of professionalism of people working there. They looked so busy and unfriendly even though the restaurant was far from full. We had to wait for a long time to get our orders and the waitress didn’t remove the empty plates from our table. And the food… we laughed so hard with my girlfriend when we saw the piece of beef we ordered (1500¥) ! The size and aspect was so different from the picture, only 4-5 slices of average beef for this price, that’s a scam. The rest of the food was ok for an izakaya.

Seems a lot of others people already complained for months about these things, however nothing change. I just hope people will read the opinions before coming there unlike us. In my opinion 95% of restaurant in Japan are better so please, go...

Net bij het restaurant gegeten. Het zijn kleine porties voor redelijk veel geld. Er is reclame voor twee van hun top producten, de vleesspiesjes en het gegrilde rundvlees wat volgens het restaurant gelukshormonen zou produceren als je dit eet. Maar...het eten kwam niet tegelijk dus de een was al klaar en de ander had geen eten. Het eten was verder niet bijzonder en zeker niet als je zulke verwachtingen schept in je advertenties op je menu. Er stonden 2 dingen op de de rekening die we niet besteld hadden. Toen we daar naar vroegen kregen we te horen dat dat bij de Japanse cultuur hoort. Ja, we zijn wel toeristen maar niet dom hoor. Weet je wat Japanse cultuur is? Dat je restaurant schoner is en dat je vloer niet zo vies is. Minst goede en minst leuke ervaring tijdens de Japan reis tot nu toe. 1 ster. 2 sterren voor service omdat ze ons hielpen met bestellen. Geen aanrader, maar dat was wel...

レビュー1が多い中、きちんとオーナー様が返信なさっている所は関心しますが、改善する気はなさそうなテンプレ対応で少し笑いました。

行きたかったお店と間違えて入店してしまい、しょうがないのでとりあえず頼むことにしましたが、平日の21時前で店内もガラガラでしたのに何故にお客がいて姿が見える隣の席に案内させたのでしょうか。 せめて斜めで見えずらくするなりしませんか？？入って右側の列はうちを含め2組でした。これは他店舗でもありましたが広島ではそうなんですかね？

定食屋のセットなどに付いてくる小さい小鉢のきんぴらがお通しでしたが、きっと業務スーパーかな？均等にカットされたきんぴら、私個人的には嫌いではないですが、お通しに4cmサイズのお皿に1口で終わるきんぴらであの値段は正直払いたくないです。

そして今回どうしても言いたかったこと。 『炙り牛肉の手巻き飯』¥980- 『火の通りきる寸前のバラ肉を混ぜ込んだ飯』が出てきました(笑) 主人と顔見合せて大笑い。 写真と実物の違いが酷すぎてほんとに詐欺でしたwww

それなりの値段しますので、割と期待しましたが肉メニューの中でとりあえず1品だけ頼んで様子見てよかったです。 他の料理のクオリティはまぁこんなもんでしょう。多くを求めてはいけない、スタイルで挑むべきなので文句ないです。可もなく不可もなく です。

ただ肉のメニュー表は参考にしない方がいいですね。 他に被害者が出ないためにも載せておきます。観光客目当てに引き込んでるかもしれないけれど、旅行先であれをされると広島のイメージが下がると思います。 残念ですが1杯で退店させて頂きました。
