Okonomiyaki Yūyū — Restaurant in Hiroshima

Wanted to have one last okonomiyaki before leaving Hiroshima and was initially hesitant about this place as it was right next to the station and, I had thought, undoubtedly touristy. However, the quality of the okonomiyaki was excellent and the shop had an authentic feel to it, being run by a single superwoman who did everything from waiting tables, making drinks and cooking the okonomiyakis to perfection. Love this place! I've been looking forward to finding a hidden authentic okonomiyaki place in Hiroshima and I found it. The lady who I am pretty sure is the owner was terrific. She was fun, extremely nice, and cooks AMAZING Hiroshima style okonomiyaki. If you're looking for an authentic experience and some killer okonomiyaki, look no further.
